The position of volunteer manager at our thrift store, part of the non-profit organization Association of Refugees and Immigrants without Borders, is a key role within our organization. The manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the thrift store, coordinating volunteers, and implementing strategies to ensure the profitability of the social enterprise.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a volunteer manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the thrift store is organized and well-maintained, ensuring that items are sorted, labeled, and displayed attractively for customers. You will also be in charge of inventory management, ensuring that items are restocked according to demand and following market trends.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will work closely with volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of the thrift store. This will involve training and supervising volunteers, managing their schedules, and motivating them to meet sales targets. You will also be responsible for communication with donors and customers, ensuring that donations are accepted and that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a volunteer manager, you will also develop strategies to increase sales and visibility for the thrift store. This may include setting up promotions, organizing events, and collaborating with other local organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

This volunteer manager position is ideal for someone with experience in managing a business or store, as well as a strong interest in social issues and humanitarian causes. You will need to be motivated, organized, and have excellent interpersonal skills to succeed in this role. Le poste de g\u00e9rant(e) volontaire de notre friperie solidaire au sein de l’OBNL Association des R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et Immigr\u00e9s sans Fronti\u00e8res est un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 au sein de notre organisation. Le\/la g\u00e9rant(e) sera responsable de la gestion quotidienne de la friperie, de la coordination des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et de la mise en place des strat\u00e9gies pour assurer la rentabilit\u00e9 de l’entreprise sociale.<\/span><\/p>\n

En tant que g\u00e9rant(e) volontaire, vous devrez vous assurer que la friperie est organis\u00e9e et bien tenue, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les articles soient tri\u00e9s, \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s et mis en valeur de mani\u00e8re attrayante pour les clients. Vous serez \u00e9galement en charge de la gestion des stocks, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les articles soient r\u00e9approvisionn\u00e9s en fonction de la demande et en suivant les tendances du march\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vous travaillerez en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles pour assurer un bon fonctionnement de la friperie. Vous devrez former et superviser les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, g\u00e9rer leur emploi du temps et les motiver \u00e0 atteindre les objectifs de vente fix\u00e9s. Vous serez \u00e9galement responsable de la communication avec les donateurs et les clients, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les dons soient accept\u00e9s et que les clients soient satisfaits de leur exp\u00e9rience d’achat.<\/span><\/p>\n

En tant que g\u00e9rant(e) volontaire, vous devrez \u00e9galement \u00e9laborer des strat\u00e9gies pour augmenter les ventes et la visibilit\u00e9 de la friperie.
